You’re automating 10x less than you think you can.

Live Friday cohorts where owners and operators learn AI delegation as a discipline — and ship real, working software for their own business, with an MIT-trained engineer in the room.

NEXT COHORT: FRIDAY, JULY 10 · LIVE · BUILT FOR NON-TECHNICAL OPERATORS
why this exists

AI delegation is a skill. Almost nobody has been taught it.

Most owners use AI like a search box and stop there — not because the tools fall short, but because nobody ever showed them how to hand real work to AI the way you'd hand it to a hire: scoped, checked, and shipped. That's what we teach. You bring a real problem from your business; you leave with working software and the habit of building.

the format

One Friday. A working tool by the end of it.

the sprint
$500/ SEAT

One Friday, live, in a small cohort. You arrive with a workflow that eats your week — you leave with a deployed tool running it.

Who it's for
  • Owners and operators who've never shipped software
  • Anyone with one real workflow they want automated
  • Teams welcome — seats are per person, so bring your ops lead
What you leave with
  • A live, deployed tool — in your accounts, yours for good
  • The AI-delegation loop: scope, build, check, ship
  • A ranked list of what's worth automating next

what makes the room different

Real engineers, in the room.

Your business, not a toy project

You build on a real workflow from your own company — so the thing you ship on Friday is running on Monday.

1:1 engineer time, included

When you hit the wall every builder hits, an engineer sits with you — to debug, pressure-test, and get you to deployed.

Taught like a discipline

Scope, build, check, ship. The same delegation loop our own teams run — not prompt tricks, a working method.

Rather have it done for you?

The Friday teaches you the loop. Some owners run it themselves from there — and some realize what they want is the outcome without the hobby. That's the next rung: an MIT-trained Chief of AI and a full team, running the same loop for you every month.

questions, answered straight

Common questions.

Do I need to be technical?
No — the cohorts are designed for non-technical owners and operators. If you can describe how work moves through your business, you can build here. The engineers in the room exist precisely for the parts that get technical.
What will I actually build?
A real tool from your own business — the workflow you bring. An intake form that routes itself, an invoice chase that runs without you, a weekly report that writes itself. We scope it with you on the free call, so your Friday starts with a build, not a brainstorm.
What if I can't make a session live?
Pick a different Friday — cohorts run regularly, and the live room is the product: the engineer beside you when you hit the wall is most of what you're paying for. There's no recorded version worth your $500.
Is this for my team too?
Yes — seats are per person, and owners often bring an ops lead or team member so the habit lands inside the company. If you're thinking about several seats, or a private Friday for your whole team, book a call and we'll set it up properly.
