A few logistics to help you learn more about us and what makes a great fit:

Smarty assistants are independent contractors who are looking for a virtual community to build (or expand) their hours. Our job is to pair you with your dream clients!

Hours and needs of your clients may vary, this is a great position for someone who is looking for longevity and the ability to add 10+ hours of client work to their roster each week. (We are proud to have a 95% assistant retention rate within an assistant's first year with Smarty)

Contractors are required to carry their own liability insurance to ensure security and protection for assistants and clients.

Our team of incredible virtual executive assistants are currently based in US or South Africa. Unfortunately candidates from other countries will not be considered at this time, but we plan to expand soon. so please continue to check back.

Teamwork is strongly encouraged and is part of our model.

We provide access to a full network of other VEAs and unlimited support from a dedicated assistant success manager. We're here for our assistants as much or as little as they need.
